Confidex® guarantee
The Confidex guarantee from Tata Steel is an exceptional warranty that provides up to 40 years of peace of mind for pre-finished steel products in Europe.
This guarantee is not issued by the contractor or subcontractor, but by the steel supplier Tata Steel. As a result, the client is always assured of their warranty. Confidex® is applied for by the building owner and can be transferred to a potential new owner of the same building.
Apply for a Confidex® guarantee
Warranties
For applications using Colorcoat Prisma® and Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra®, it is possible to apply directly for a Tata Steel Confidex® guarantee yourself. This can only be done via the online application form.
To submit the application, you will need a 10-digit coil number. You can find this number on your Joris Ide quotation via our B2B portal.
