We are delighted to inform you about an exciting development within our corporate family. It is with great pleasure that we announce the acquisition of Rafinor and Eftex in Denmark. Joris Ide, Rafinor, and Eftex have joined forces to make this strategic move, strengthening our position and expanding our presence in the market.
Eftex has been on the Danish market since 2005 and has established itself as a serious trading partner in the construction industry.
Rafinor has been founded in 1987 and is specialized in the engineering and design of roof structures. The team of Rafinor/Eftex and Joris Ide will combine their strengths to develop our position and to deliver an even better service to the customer!
