We are pleased to inform you that as of September 2nd, we have successfully completed the acquisition of Siegmetall.
SIEGMETALL has been founded by Karl and Karin Bruch, who established their own logistics company during the 90s.
In 2004, the company decided to start-up SIEGMETALL as a trading company in roof & wall products plus accessories, backed by the service of their logistics company.
In 2007, they invested in own production which significantly increased sales and prompting the company to relocate to its current facility in Haiger, Germany.
Today the site operates different roll-formers as well as bending machines, employs over 90 people and has an extensive fleet of trucks for in-house deliveries on sites all over Germany.
SIEGMETALL is highly complementary to the current Joris Ide operations in Germany. Whilst it will continue to operate as a stand-alone brand, it will benefit from full support through the Joris Ide organization and its product range.
