Each employee of the JORIS IDE group contributes via consultation and participation in continuous improvement, starting from concept over production to commercialisation, through certified management systems. We want to enable each employee to do its job correctly and in a safe way. JI invests in people and strives to enhance their well-being in a stimulating working environment. Our training culture is reflected in multiple training programs on different levels to introduce new employees and enhance management skills throughout the organization. Employee induction covers compliance and consequences of not complying.
Code of conduct, compliance, whistleblowing, business ethics, anticorruption and antibribery policies are managed on Kingspan Group level and respected within the organization. The compliance function includes authority and competence to act independent. All employees are stimulated to raise concerns locally.
We also have a commitment to the protection of the environment, prevention of pollution and elimination of hazards with the aim to reduce the risks arising. We manage and reduce impacts: efficient resource reductions, stimulate local sourcing, use energy and water efficiently, record energy reduction and intensity, monitor energy use per product, reduce emissions and reduce the social and the environmental impact of transport and waste streams, allocate and reduce greenhouse gas emissions including zero carbon activities.
This policy includes the top management commitment to meet applicable requirements. Objectives are monitored, evaluated and adjusted at least annually, as detailed in our management systems. Teamwork is the key to our success.
